Kara Sordi-Semon Named Director of Client Services

Experienced Telecommunications Professional to Promote NetGain’s High Quality of Service

RESTON, Va., (July 20, 2004) – NetGain Communications (NetGain), a telecommunications consultancy and master agency that specializes in providing medium and large businesses with superior telecommunications solutions, today announced the appointment of Kara Sordi Semon as director of client services. In this newly created role, Sordi Semon will manage ongoing client relations and support services. Sordi Semon brings to NetGain more than 10 years of telecommunications and client relations experience. Sordi Semon joins NetGain from the Association Resource Group, where she held positions of increasing management responsibility in client services, ensuring account maintenance and support. Earlier in her career, Sordi Semon contributed to Net2000 Communications’ operational and customer support, managing the implementation programs for Siebel Systems and Lucent Technology solutions.
