RESTON, Va., September 13, 2004 – NetGain Communications (NetGain), a telecommunications consultancy and master agency that specializes in providing medium and large businesses with superior telecommunications solutions, today announced that Metro Offices is leveraging NetGain’s solutions to optimize its telecommunications services across eight shared and virtual business centers in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Metro Offices provides fully furnished, wired offices consisting of conferencing, telephone, Internet, and e-mail solutions. Seeking to maintain the most cost-effective, reliable, and leading-edge telecommunications solutions for its clients, Metro Offices engaged NetGain to evaluate existing Internet, voice, local, and long distance services. NetGain conducted a requirements evaluation and identified multiple areas for cost savings and increased efficiencies. Additionally, NetGain managed Metro Offices’ migration to its new service providers – Cogent, MCI and PAETEC Communications.

Further, at no additional cost to Metro Offices, NetGain will continue to assess Metro Offices’ requirements, as well as identify and broker new solutions as appropriate.
