NetGain Communications Hires New Director of Channel Sales and Support

Indirect Sales Force to be Supported by Strategic Partner Portal

RESTON, VA, August 22, 2006 – NetGain Communications, a leading provider of affordable Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solutions for the mid-market, announced today that it has hired Michael Shonholz as Director of Channel Sales and Support.

Michael will be responsible for the growth of NetGain’s indirect sales force as well as assisting in bringing to market iTEMize, their Telecom Expense Management tool for the mid-market. In addition to overseeing development of NetGain's new Strategic Partner Portal, Michael will be responsible for new monthly sales as well as assisting agents in working with NetGain’s established carrier relationships.
